Started with a standard online application form regarding why I wanted to work for the company, why this particular role, etc. Next stage was a games-based assessment (Skyrise City), which was fun, but didn't seem to test anything except reactions and how much of a risk taker you are. The personality report provided after was not accurate at all. After passing this I was invited to an assessment centre, involving a group activity and presentation, a Q&A with current graduate employees and an interview with two members of the team involving typical competency based questions and a couple of technical questions. They were incredibly friendly and tried to keep it as relaxed as possible.

questions for online interview: it was three video questions, asked about why pick us ,what's your strength. and you will have another chance to record your answer. and I think you need to prepare your answer in advance and answer it smoothly.
