2 Stage interview. Initial Discussion with a takeaway exercise due to lack of portfolio. 2nd stage to discuss the exercise and the application further. Given I hadn't brought a portfolio of design work to the initial interview the 2nd chance was welcome. Comfortable atmosphere during the interview. Nice place to work :)
