I applied online and received a call several days later for a phone interview, basic questions were asked. I then attended a face-to-face interview/recruiting session a week later at their headquarters and received a second interview scheduled for the next week. All of my interviews went great and I really thought I had the job because that's how they acted. I was upset when I received a denial e-mail a few days later. It wasn't a simple process since I had to travel for all the interviews, and go through so many interviewers.

The interview was super easy. You usually go through 2 short interviews. They asked about very basic questions, like where you live, how you commute, and what your availability is. One question they asked was what you think good hospitality is. You know right after if you are hired or not.

Was not too long. They asked me 4-7 questions about my customer experience such as describing a time I had to deal with a difficult customer. He then discussed the history of WSFS and described the roll I applied for. Now I'm waiting for a response.
