The first interview was with the station's online director. He went over my background and credentials before asking me to come up with some strategies for how to improve the station's website and social media presence. For the second interview, I met with the online director, the web editor and the VP of the station in 15 - 20 minute interview bursts, again going over my background, any questions I had about the position and ideas I had to improve the site.
