It was not that complicated. I sent my cv and portfolio and then was called for a 1st face to face interview. After couple of weeks I was called for a 2nd face to face interview and finally after couple days they called me to inform me that I got the job. Questions were not difficult, just make sure you select some quality work to show and of course look and feel very confident about it.
