Two round interview. Fairly informal and relaxed. Process is easier if you have an employee referral. Tip: get a firm offer and conversion date in writing if starting as a contractor.

Initial conversation with internal recruiter and followed with competency interview with product team member. Follow up interview with tech lead. Relatively standard questions for industry and role (situational, competency based).

Medium but strategic interview. Multiple rounds of interactions. Interactions mostly about the work experience and skill set possessed by the candidates. Your past work experience plays an important role in cracking the interview.
