I was contacted for a phone interview within a few weeks of applying to the position. The hiring process was as follows: (1) Application screening; (2) an at-home writing test and an at-home editing test; (3) a phone interview with the project manager and a separate phone interview with another team member; and (4) an interview with the program director. You must pass each stage before qualifying for the next. I took the tests after passing the application screening; they weren't terribly easy, but not too hard either. I thought my phone interviews went well, but I didn't qualify for the fourth and final round.
