I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at WNYC Radio
Interview
Pretty straight forward. Basic behavioral questions. I talked to the manager. The internship was pretty good. I got to work with Podcasts and social media.
I would advice to study up on competitors.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WNYC Radio in May 2022
Interview
The interview process consisted of a quick call with a producer, followed by a formal video interview. It was very smooth and I was always aware of the next step/my standing among other candidates.

I applied online. I interviewed at WNYC Radio in Aug 2019
Interview
I applied to intern for "All Of It with Alison Stewart," the daytime arts & culture show. The application took me a while because there were several questions to answer as part of the cover letter. I did not hear from them for almost two months, but a few days before Labor Day I received an email asking to schedule a phone interview. I did a phone interview with the show's Senior Producers about three days later, where I discussed my background and why I was interested in the position. I was called by HR that afternoon and offered the position, which would begin three days later (this was a Friday and I was to start on the Tuesday after Labor Day). The reason for the tight turnaround was because all interns, regardless of which show or department they work in, begin on the same day.
