Interview
Long and involved interview process, including tour, meeting staff, HR walk through of benefits, meeting CEO, I was asked for start date availability because filling the position was urgent and asked if I would be available to speak to management during the holidays. Never heard back despite a follow up. This is the second involved interview session with WMHT that resulted in no notification of any kind. A distinct lack of professionality.

Interview
First a phone interview, then a few writing prompts. Finally, I was called for an in-person committee interview followed by a sit down with the CEO. All folks were kind and pleasant - did not receive a call following my final interview.
