Interview
The interview process was very long --over three months. There were long gaps of time (weeks) between interviews. Never knew if you were going to go to the next interview round. Was told many times that they were waiting for the client contact to be signed.

Question 1
No difficult questions, but some senior managers would rather tell you about how great they are, rather then focus on the candidate or the job qualifications. This was the same with senior management even after I got the job too.

Interview
Several short interviews, two over phone, one in person. Not really worth the number of interviews given the details of the job coupled with the experience after getting the job.
