Received an email and did a zoom interview with a Disney recruiter. After interview 1 or 2 weeks later they sent a workday email saying they were excited to continue the process. Then a 1 week later i received an email stating that I didn’t get the job.

Interview
I spoke with a person for 30 minutes on the phone. Before that I was asked to rate my proficiency and give examples on a variety of IT topics and skill sets. The phone conversation went well. The interviewer said they had an immediate need to fill the position. The next step would have been a phone call with the interviewers supervisor. I never heard from the company again despite reaching out multiple times for feedback. Three months later the job is still posted on the company's website.

Interview
Informal one-on-one with the internship coordinator who is an amazing and nice woman. Just be honest and yourself because she will know if you are putting on a show just for the sake of the interview. At the same time, make sure you know the show!
