First Interview with Manager went quite nice, discussion was interesting and interviewer was quite intelligent and nice. Then they gave me home assessment. I spent nearly 15 hours doing it (all weekend and part of Monday and Tuesday). However, after sending my assessment I never heard back from them. Unfortunately, company didn’t even bother to spend 30 seconds to compose polite rejection email.
