Too many phases of interview process. There were a lot of questions. Most questions are pretty standard and can be downloaded from the internet. Lots of repetitive questions. the process after I'd been shortlisted was usually a quick chat with recruiter/TA, then a panel interview with 2-4 people and then maybe a final sign off session with a relatively senior person. Now its become a lengthy process (one potential employer manged to drag it out over two months) and I feel like it just increases the pressure on the potential employee. (I've actually wondered if the extra pressure is the reason companies are now doing this - to test us a bit more
2-part, easy setup, efficient. they helped set up and pay for travel and did not consume a full day full of useless questions. it was interactive, included a tour, and everything was fine.
