Very fast response by the HR and director. Followed by a Face-To-Face interview. Asked some questions. Then proceed to second stage--skill assessment where I was given a task to analyze an excel file. Require think-out-of-box and proper presentation skills for the task. Also required is punctuality.

Phone interview. A few questions asked but most of it felt like a hard sell about why interviewee should work for company and why it's not like other agencies. (This seemed like not a positive sign)
