Interview was with WGU Academy, not Labs. 3 interviews total. One with the data team, another with the leadership team, and one with the hiring manager. This research scientist role entails being a "thought leader" so I received several questions about my approach to the research process regarding walking through previous projects and generating new research questions. The interviewers were really nice and asked challenging but thoughtful questions.
