I had a lengthy interview with the founders in which they asked me questions about my background, my job experience, gave me example scenarios to provide a solution to, and asked me questions related to my work ethic, problem solving abilities, process for developing curriculum, etc. Then I had to submit a detailed lesson plan example and some samples of curriculum writing and materials I created and used in the past.
