WDR interview questions

Quick turnaround intially for the interview which was good, nice enough interviewers though it felt a little awkward and they said they would confirm within the week who would move to the next stage. I had to chase for an update after nearly a month of hearing nothing to just recieve a badly formatted email telling me I wouldn't be moving forward to the next stage, It is completely fine to not have recieved a role, but they could at least use a more professional rejection template and likely knew I didn't recieve the role weeks before I even emailed. It feels like I would have been ghosted if I didn't chase.
