Started interviewing in Jan 2024, and its April 2024 now and 8 weeks and SEVERAL rounds of interviews. they haven't been able to make a selection for a candidate. - Recruiter screen - Hiring manager screen - a VERY time consuming case study (took me more than a week) - some random team member meet - reference checking. - random call with recruiter again still no decision. I was fortunate to have other offers and did not wait around for this one, but seriously a RED FLAG in their process. Save yourself time and DO NOT interview with them
