Interview
I was called and emailed by their HR guy who said they were interested in talking with me. After filling out and returning the application, background check and NDA we set up the interview. I met with HR first, then the department manager and then 3 department engineers.

Question 1
No typical interview questions. It was more walking them through my resume and describing past projects.
I applied online and after one month a phone interview with a manager and another engineer was set. They were majoring form electrical engineering and asking some mechanical engineering questions and didn't understand it.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at WD (South Bend, IN) in Dec 2018
Interview
I applied to the job online and received an email request to do a phone interview about a month later. The interview went well and the questions were essentially what you would expect from a phone screening. Typical behavioral questions- nothing to difficult. I found out a week later that they had to close the position because there wasn't a need for more mechanical engineers at the office for the upcoming year.
