Great company with a great interview process. They really help support people to live independently and are very mission-driven. I would definitely recommend them to others and would work there again in the future if possible.

Interview
Consisted of two interviews. The first was with the division head, the second with the support coordinator. Many people are hired and later assigned to a house. There is a 2-week mandatory training and there may be later trainings depending on which house you are hired to.
