I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at WCG IRB
Interview
I underwent four separate interviews:
1) 20 minute HR screening
2) 45-50 minute hiring manager interview
3) 45 minute director interview
4) 1 hour HR "company culture" interview
Each interview was very simple and easy. The questions were not tough, but it felt like a huge waste of time to interview with so many different people and not get an offer or feedback on what needed to change.

Question 1
How did you get started in this field? What interests you about this role specifically? What is your understanding of the role based off the job description? Why do you want to work for WCG?
The first interview is with a recruiter and they ask very basic questions. Next they send out an email with document assessments. If you pass those you move onto the final interview with HCM and the Manager. Usually you find out you got the job within the next 24 hours.

Interview
I was reached out to by a recruiter and did a screening and then moved on to the final interview.
The interview was pretty easy, just about 5 behavioral questions. The interviewers were super nice! Just study some "tell me about a time" questions and you'll be fine.
