Interview
First round with team lead. very friendly. asked about different teaching experiences and why you wanna work for the company. told that will send the task or subjects at the end of the day. which did not happen till next week. 2nd round present one of the subject to the same person and another colleague super friendly no negative feedback at all. and got rejected at the end with the same old "another candidate was a bit better ... we selected them!"
super nette Erfahrung. Ich wusste, was ich zu erwarten hatte. Keine kitschigen Fragen. zufrieden! Ich bin froh, dass alle Fragen berufsrelevant waren und ich gut über die Stelle informiert wurde.

Welche Tipps und Tricks würden Sie den Bewerbern mit auf den Weg geben?
Technical test and cultural fit. Teaching session to present a given problem that was shared before the interview. Problem difficulty was matching the role requirements. The interviewer was helpful and overall it was a nice experience.
