Terrible; The lack of internal communication is very apparent with general correspondence and scheduling. There seems to be an huge gap in consistent messaging and direction of the company. Weak management and poor communication are by far the company's strongest assets.

I applied online then they call me for interview by sending me a msg on Facebook. I goes there today before time, they give me a interview form to fill up,after they attach my resume with the form, and proceed me for interview.
Awkward, just said “sell yourself” and wouldn’t explain to me what the specifics of the job. Also, had no leads no office and no specific plan to their goals.
