they accepted my resume after that they sent me confirmation email for my interview. I met with HR employeer she was cute and friendly. I explained my previous career to HR and she asked my resume details about my career

Resume, no college requirement, just hunger for sucess. The hiring process involved talking to the ceo and vp. Meeting the senior staff and speaking with the hr personel. Spending a day reviewing the company procedures

Phone call first, some availability questions.
First interview was formal. Meet with two senior managers. First one gave me introduction about the company and the business, and asked me to hand write a spreadsheet. The second one asked me specific financial questions but he wanted definitions instead of descriptions!
