First I had to take a Wonderlic Test. Then after finishing, I had to wait over an hour before the owner finished up the interview before me. He then took a call 10 minutes into my interview, and so I excused myself so he could speak freely & when he came out into the hall to get me, he introduced himself and told me it was "nice to meet" me. I then informed him we had already met!!
