Initially had a telephone interview after applying online to work for WASE. Was asked about my experience and how I felt I was suitable for the role I applied for. After was invited for a face to face interview at their office in shepherds bush. I was given a tour of the offices and introduced to the staff and then taken to a room for the interview. The interview was similar to the phone interview just went into more details and also they explained what it was exactly they were looking for and what I was expected to do if hired.
