The recruitment process was disappointing and unnecessarily demanding for the level of the role. I applied for an HR Specialist position, yet the assessment required preparing a full presentation covering complex scenarios that felt much closer to HR Business Partner / HR Manager responsibilities.
I invested significant time preparing detailed answers and a PowerPoint presentation, which was requested by email. During the process, the team appeared very positive and expressed strong appreciation for the quality of the assignment.
Despite that, I received a generic rejection email only a few days later, with no personalized feedback or explanation after the amount of work requested. Asking candidates to complete substantial case studies and presentations should come with a more transparent process and constructive feedback.
Overall, the candidate experience felt one-sided: high expectations from applicants, limited respect for their time, and very little communication once the task was delivered.
The process gave the impression that candidate work was collected without genuine intent to continue the hiring process fairly.
Not recommended at all!
