Generic Screening Phone interview.
Technical Screening Interview.
Panel interview with 8 people, separated into groups of 2. So you have 4, 1 hour interviews with 2 people each. You are interviewed for Cultural fit, Technical Fit, etc.
At the end of the interview, the 8 people get together and discuss how you will fit at Gore.

Interview
Phase 1 was a phone interview. Questions were geared towards personality. They wanted to know how I handled stress, a time where I was proud of myself, just the basic questions you expect. Phase 2 was where they challenge your technical skills. Can you critically think about problems they give you? If you don't know the answer, they are looking at your thought process.
