Interview
Excellent interview process. They quickly set me up with a phone interview - interview lasted about an hour. Was both personality based a few general technical questions. After that, had a phone call with HR. The phone call was conversational, exploring more of my personality and what I was looking for in this position, salary wise, etc. After that, was asked to interview at their corporate location in Newark, Delaware. Interview consisted of an overview of the company and conversation with one of the technical leaders, then 2 sets of interviews with 2 associates. Went over resume experiences, situational questions, and a little bit of technical knowledge. Be prepared to go over past projects, past positions, etc. Overall a good interview. They got back to me within one week after the interview.

Question 1
Complex projects I've worked on? Lessons learned? Past mistakes? Prioritizing tasks?

The interview process is very smooth and well-structured. Interviewers guide you from topics concerning logistics (e.g. preferred to work) to learning more about your experiences. Prepare to speak very technically about the work that you do and how the outcomes relate to what work you've done.

It was fine, nothing too difficult. Long process, recruiters not great at reaching out to the candidates. They underpay a lot, so be prepared to get a bad offer no matter your experience. Not competitive with other companies.
Fair interview process out of school. Liked how they showed us around the city/area to make us really understand the culture and environment. Long day of interviews and multiple interview pairs.
