I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at W. L. Gore & Associates (Flagstaff, AZ)
Interview
The hiring team was a hodge-podge of individuals who didn't seem to know much about the skills required to be a successful project manager.

Question 1
i appreciated the fact that they did not ask any of those stupid "trick" questions designed to make a potential employee try to knock themselves out showing why he or she should be hired. In my opinion, you want a trained monkey to dance for you - go start a zoo. However, they also did not ask questions that really showed any understanding or interest in the skills I would need to properly manage a project. I realized after being hired that this was because no one making the hiring decisions knew anything about the position for which they were hiring, even though 2 people on the hiring committee where supposed to be direct supervisors (although they call them "team leaders..." they actually just have big egos but don't have any leadership skills whatsoever).
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at W. L. Gore & Associates (New York, NY) in Jan 2023
Interview
hr interviewed me for the first time. And then team manager had my interview. And then ceo had my intervew. Total three interview. It was not that difficult. It took about one month.
Very pleasant, in-person, with six to eight people (senior to mid-level managers) over the course of several hours. Interviews were rotating and questions varied by person (some were repeated). Overall the atmosphere was professional and I enjoyed the interviews. Received offer a few weeks later and accepted.

Interview
2 - 1 hour interviews with 2 people in each interview. The first interview was at a very bad time for the Gore Team - one person it was at their lunch time and the other person it was in the middle of the night. They definitely were not engaged or interested to be conducting the interview.
