I Interviewed with the "People Leader" for a 30-minute phone screen in late March. She had standard questions checking for competency with content development, onboarding, and learning applications. I was quickly moved on to the hiring manager for a 30-minute video call the following week. The hiring manager call was focused on the need for the role, situational questions, and a short time for my questions. Questions for me were - "tell me about a time when a customer wasn't happy and what you did". The manager was happy with my responses, I asked about the success measurements and bonus structure. She however wasn't happy with that question as that was reserved for final candidates. Regardless, she outlined it anyway and it helped me understand how success was measured. It's been about 3 weeks and it seems the role is no longer posted but a similar role seems to have replaced it with overlapping job tasks and a different title. I asked about the new role but no reply. Three weeks later and I'm still waiting,
