Fueron 3 procesos el primero, ejercicios en línea, el segundo entrevista con el personal de rrhh y el último con el gerente de línea y el gerente general.

Interview
Initial phone screen, second round is skype based video interview. Very technical focussed interview. Bar was high. Final round included questions on cross functional collaboration, leadership skills, in addition to the tech assessment.
