Very fast process (1 week since first contact to job offer). 1st interview with HR Manager, 2nd with Manager and 3rd with Head of department. Interview with Hr focused on cultural fit, skills and position suitability, salary range fit and availability. Got around 5 predefined questions as first screening. 2nd interview with manager more focused on technical capabilities required for the position and 3nd interview with head more focused on vision, strategy and motivation about the position.
