It was pretty easy, she asked typical questions. she was very understanding and would make suggestions as to what they are looking for . The interview did not take long, they have a high turn over rate thou.

we were taken to a conference room and then asked to read a script. successful candidates were hired on the spot.
unsuccessful candidates were then asked to go home. not the nicest way to hire people.
Pretty basic interview process.only one round of interview.bit of simple question around behavioural and about taking calls like duration of call,how would you handle an agitated client.strength and weakness.pretty basic office place.
Purely based on customer Interaction, goals and your past experience at customer service. One HR rounds followed by 2 days orientation session. You have to be able to join immediately on 3rd day.
