Strange interview experience. Several weeks post interview process and have received no updates or feedback. Concerning given the interview was conducted by the VP of People, you would think there would be consideration in ensuring a positive candidate experience. This has led to having a poor reflection of the business, along with it's recruiting function. Seems to be a common practice based on previous reviews too.

The process was smooth and everyone I met was open, friendly and inquisitive, I got a great sense of the culture.
I was kept informed at every stage, the brief for the case study stage was detailed and helpful - overall a very positive experience.
