Interview
There were a number of stages to the test - Firstly, numerical and semantic tests online which were fine, then a personal phone call from staff, then a video interview via automated software - this was fine, some questions regarding technical queries and previous experience with some hypothetical situations to respond to. Then the final interview in person. Most questions were standard customer service and involved how I respond to angry customers, what my experience is and nothing surprising - but knowing about DNS was useful.

I was referred and, after about three weeks, I was called. The who process took about 3 days from first phone interview, competency exam to in-person interview. I was interviewed by a recruitment officer and one of the team managers.

1. Online timed test about DNS and other internet related terms
2. Interview with HR person and Contract manager where they made the usual questions such as why I wanted to do technical support and what I did when had specific technical issues at home.
