The interviewing process started with a screening phone call, then a culture fit interview followed by a technical interview. The process was a little slow (5 weeks) but fair. The technical interview consisted of a few small coding exercises then Multiple choice questions.
3 staged, one with HR, one with a teamlead and one with the upper admins. A technical test is mandatory before getting past the first interview. Interviews were fair but personality oriented.
