i had taken a test which was probably a consultancy which is called the careernet.net. who ever got good scores were called for the interview. interview included all a written aptitude test and little of technical questions. it was one of the toughest test that i had cleared during all the interviews i had experienced. very good work culture. the demography in the office is highly disproportionate. which means more of men, but it a good place for women also. low work pressure.
