I was contacted by Mike Reed for a 1v1 phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. The majority of the phone interview consisted in evaluating my personality and previous relevant work experience to ensure I was a right culture fit. I was asked to interview with a panel after a background check that took about 48 hours. During the panel interview, There were questions regarding previous work experience and minor role play in mock sales calls. The standard questions were also asked. Why are you looking to leave your job? What are your best qualities? What are your worst qualities? Where do you see yourself in X amount of years? Overall, very straightforward and to the point.
