I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Volunteer State Community College in Nov 2024
Interview
It was a panel interview with six individuals from various departments. They took turns asking questions. There was no rapport-building and the questions asked weren't relevant to the role. Everyone there seemed very cold, so it didn't give me the feeling that the culture would be very welcoming. All in all, it allowed me to make the decision that the culture just wasn't for me.

Interview
Painstakingly long interview process that essentially ended in promissory estoppel -- do not interview with this "college". Unethical treatment postoffer accrptance where they rescinded the offer for a deadline that was never communicated
