I applied online with a CV and and answered 3 application questions as part of the process. Heard back within 3 days that I was put forward for a telephone interview. The interview was 15 minutes long with a member from HR asking competency based questions.

a positive experience. It gives you 2 chances to answer the question if you are not happy with what you recorded so you can record yourself again
