No information was provided beforehand, it was online, one question to be answered in 1 minute and the timer starts before you could even read the question. Overall, I would've preferred a virtual meeting with an actual person.

After sending the CV, I received an IQ test, that IQ test was VERY long and there were many repetitive questions of the same pattern.
Afterwards, I received an email for an online interview where it was written that interview duration is "5 minutes", but I was only allowed to speak for 1 minute.
