First is screening interview with HR and then call with M&A Director. M&A Director was newly hired so there was a lot of ambiguity with the posted role. First interview was mainly background assessment and interest in Volaris. The call with the Director was more of a conversation and the realities of working for the company (specifically in M&A division) as well as expectations for the role.

How many leads were you able to generate in past business development roles and why specifically are you interested in joining the M&A team?

Interview
Two rounds - Representative from Human Resources for the first round, followed by Line of Manager if you get through. Pretty standard. Just that Line Manager one he did not show up and had to reschedule

Many rounds of interview, long process, too many people involved, don't really try to get to know you and then ghost. Most people you talk to aren't even in Canada.
