I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Volanté Systems (North York, ON) in May 2019
Interview
1. First I received a call from the recruiter, asking me about my background, salary expectation and more personal/behavioural questions instead of technical questions.
2. Then they send me an online test.
3. Then I received a call from a Software Engineer asking me technical questions including topics like algorithms/data structures and OOP.
4. Then, on-site interview with product team. 3 phases:
4.1: I interviewed with 2 software engineers, which included some background check and 2 white-boarding exercises.
4.2: I interviewed with 2 more software engineers, and this time again there was a background check and a logic question.
4.3: I interviewed with the product manager (I guess), and he asked me about my strengths and weaknesses, also about my background and prior company experience.

Question 1
You are blind, and you have a table with 20 coins strewn all over. You know that exactly 10 coins are tails up and 10 coins are face up. You need to split the coins into two groups, such that both have the same number of tails and faces on each side. How would you achieve this?

Interview
3 rounds of interview 1 phone interview by Hr followed by technical phone interview. Then they call for in person interview. There were 2 rounds of technical interview back to back where they give Programming challenge

Interview
Recruiter called twice and them there was technical phone interview with hiring manager. The on site interview was with hiring manager and a team member. They asked two question and did not even asked for introduction. Very disappointing experience.They should not call for interview if they are not interested in hiring. No skills evaluation was done.
