I was asked to do a one way interview. I went through the process, sent a thank you email and never heard anything. It was a waste of time. A follow up email after the one-way interview would have been nice. Even a rejection email.

After applying, I made it to the next round of the process which is a, "one-way video interview." They send you a link and have you record your answers to questions. I was ghosted after jumping through this hoop. I would not recommend wasting your time with your video interview nonsense.
