Firstly there was a video interview, asking classic questions such as tell me about a time when...
I progressed to an assessment centre. It was remote, so completely different to anything I had done before. The first stage was thinking of a new product based on Vodafones pillars and pitching it. The second was a go to market strategy pitch, where you get an hour to prep and 15 minutes to pitch. The final stage of the assessment centre was a 1:1 interview assessing if you are a cultural fit for the organisation and your motivation for applying to the role. Everyone was lovely and the interviewers were friendly. The day went from 8:30- 3:30 ish and there were plenty of breaks.
