Face to face interview with Technical Managers of the team,asking theory of networks for CCENT level of knowledge and team behavior questions like a team player,if person can cope under very high pressure of calls,tickets and chats,providing support simultaneously to the 3 channel of communication
I applied through referral. They called m for the direct interview process. They had 2 rounds with Manager and Rm. It took 2days to complete the process. Overall it was good and professional.
