1 week after submitting my CV, I was contacted by a HR Recruiter for an initial telephone pre-screening which lasted about approximately 30 min. Subsequently, two 1:1 interviews were planned with the IT Director and Group-level Manager within the following weeks. Upon arrival at the Vodafone office, my perception was that the office environment was full of activity, fast paced and unpredictable, the workforce appeared very young, relaxed and sociable, the dress code ranged from formal wear to smart casual to active street wear, the work culture seemed to be extremely welcoming and innovative.
