Applied online, had no telephone interview or conversation was invited via email to a face2face interview, after some delays and rearranging the interview went ahead. The interview was now 3 weeks ago and i have emailed HR back to get feedback and no response, so i am taking it i didnt get the job. Found there were a lot of delays an no communications from their HR teams. The interview was professional and as expected
