The one to one interview process was absolutely fine. It's the on boarding process that is a killer. So many documents being requested. Seemed like at least 25 different requirements (6 pages of passport photocopied, reasons why there was a 1 day gap in between jobs etc). I've never known anything like it in over 17 years.
